Hello, I'm Lilė, and I've been in the world of advertising for almost a decade now.Driven by my passion for advertising, I found my place at one of Lithuania's leading creative agencies, CLINIC 212 | www.clinic212.lt.During my academic journey at HOWEST University in Belgium, I had the opportunity to intern at a local advertising agency in Brussels. This experience provided me with a broader, more global perspective on the industry.Over the years, I've had nothing but enriching experiences – each one intellectually stimulating, creatively challenging, and surrounded by a diverse mix of personalities.What I love most about my job is the chance to collaborate with various businesses. From major shopping centers to leading retail chains, and from telecom giants to pharmaceutical innovators, I've had the privilege to work across a range of industries.On a daily basis, I negotiate, manage time and budgets, solve problems, attend meetings, set goals, and exceed expectations – all while staying calm under pressure. Above all, building meaningful relationships with clients and partners is my priority.Outside of work, I have a keen interest in arts and food. During my downtime, you can often find me attending various events downtown, indulging in the vibrant cultural scene. 🎨🍷🍕
