I am proud to say that this was a role I was nominated for by the game community who recognized both my love for the game and the positive influence I wanted to be. I acted as an intermediary between the player-base and the game publishers-turned-developers that tried to always make the voices of both sides heard.The role was less about being assigned duties and more about having the drive to chase and dream up new solutions to the problems that came up. "How can we make it even better?" was always on my mind, because I truly was passionate about making the quality of the game experience as high as I could.I took ownership of the role in these major categories:- COMMUNITY SUPPORT: I made sure to frequently monitor communication channels to stay on top of any issues that pop up. I took the care to help answer questions so that players knew they were being cared for. I also authored guides in order to bridge knowledge gaps in order to unite and lift up the player base altogether.- GAME DESIGN: Who doesn't love asking what-if? I was of course a player too and wanted to see the game thrive and was inspired to write proposals for interesting systems to implement into the game. My primary focus were those of quality-of-life and new player experience, but I also found myself to be the resident math expert who was engaged in the delicate mathematics of game balance- QUALITY ASSURANCE: I found a strange love for bugs. It was incredibly fun to find them, to thoroughly analyze the conditions for them to occur, and propose potential solutions. This was definitely a challenging but rewarding mental exercise that I found an appreciation for. Scratching our heads at what the intent behind mistranslated items was also a highlight.

Crelogix was a one of Canada's Top 100 Small and Medium Employers and I was honoured that they gave me, a fledgling graphic designer at the time, the opportunity to create communication collateral for them. I was tasked with creating web graphics for websites, graphics for various Google Ads specifications, as well as infographics for internal use.
