Joined NIO as a TGC member in HR team, help multi-business departments with urgent recruitment including digital development, digital system, digital cabin, project management &design, regional user operation function. Quickly adapt to different business units, cooperate with HRBPs and line managers to do CV screen and pre-interview, also set up standard recruitment process in lieu of previous mess ways. Stakeholder of whole interview process to offer proposal delivery. Closed over 90 headcounts when worked as TGC member. On Nov,2021, become the Recruitment partner of Design function, fully delicate to whole functional recruitment including interior/exterior design, studio engineer, pm, digital modeling and design lab related roles. Provide professional advises to hiring manager about the whole talent market and trends.Cross-taking new recruitment projects from Feb, 2022(Battery research and development);

Full-function recruiter；Mainly focus on Shanghai Sales Office, also supporting Chengdu/Chongqing Super Plant talent building and recruiting, from Y2021, took the part into Polestar APAC region recruiting(Korea, Japan, Australia, Indonesia).
