1, To do translation work timely.2, To maintain company's key accounts, receive Purchase Orders, track production and shipments, arrange customs clearance, check with forwarders about shipping and inform customers, track payments and provide needed papers to Finance for claiming export tax rebates.3, To upload/update/maintain company's products on Alibaba export platform, and respond customer's inquiries timely, cooperate with Alibaba customer manager to do annual survey.4, To develop business independently, search potential customers via network platform and send Emails to introduce company's products, send samples and provide quotation if the customers have real interest.5, To participate Shanghai FIC exhibition, prepare samples and arrange other matters, collect customer's information and contact with them timely to see if they have any inquires.

1, Receiving customer orders via Email, checking the order details and entering into company system.2, Be responsible for company's key accounts, dealing with the ordering and arranging weekly delivery, updating order price per quarterly contract price. Contacting planning team to arrange delivery or expedite delivery. 3, Answering Emails fro daily things.

1, Order entry in system, and check schedule with Euro planner for rush orders.2, Price adjustment, adjust unit price as per updated contract.3, Backlog management, and process pull-in, push-out & cancellation requests from customer.4, Forecast management, review customer's forecast weekly and manage frame order for preparing buffer stock, including VMI & Consignment business.5, Delivery expedition, work with Euro planner and Singapore warehouse to expedite the delivery, or arrange drop shipment as per customer's request.6, RMA process, provide detailed information to internal dept for checking and work with customer for returning.
