I was a manager when I worked as a language school director for 2 years, but I think it was too early for me to be one. It was difficult for me emotionally and I think it is important for everyone to take their time to get to the top. I have the will to learn and take my steps to reach it. I am a team player. I use the word “we”, not “I” when I start a work-related sentence. I always acknowledge when someone else gave the idea or did the work. I like it when there is diversity in my job and I enjoy learning new things. I learn new things quite quickly and I find a way to make the job easier for me.I find it easier to do my job when I constantly switch between different type of tasks, ordered by priority of course, because otherwise I lose focus and concentration on the current task.
