At this point in my career, I am seeking an opportunity where I can apply and expand my experience in the legal field, either in an executive role within the Legal department of medium to large sized companies or as a lawyer in law firms. My professional journey includes extensive experience in Business Law, including contracts, corporate matters, and M&A. My professional background and leadership skills, teamwork, organization and resilience in the face of obstacles and pressure have had a positive impact on the places I have worked. I have worked in law firms and companies, and most recently, I worked in a Fintech.

Responsible for leading the Corporate Legal Department (Contracts, Corporate, Business, Litigation, Regulatory, M&A, Corporate Governance and Ombudsman), Franchise Legal (franchising), as well as managing and formalizing franchisees' documentation/contracts. Team management. Reporting to the CFO and CEO.• Debt Collection Department – I structured the Debt Collection department, mapping the financial and budgetary status of the franchise network and organizing information for proper collection. As a result, financial management was structured and organized.• Corporate Governance Standards - I organized and structured the governance rules of the group companies, focusing on Shareholders' Meetings and the Board of Directors. As a result, shareholders and board members gained greater control and transparency over the companies' management.• Management and Formalization Area – I led the structuring of the Management and Formalization area, reallocating employees and structuring processes and workflows, which provided more transparency, visibility, and reliability to the area's information. • Issuance of debentures by Acqio Holding in partnership with XP – I coordinated the legal team's support to the majority shareholder and external partners in implementing the transaction, enabling the company to obtain significant financial investment for its business.• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Implementation Project – I participated in the company's processes' adaptation to the GDPR, as well as the training and engagement of employees with the new policies required by the law, which provided greater legal certainty/safety for the company's business operations.

Responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts of various nature, working in the corporate and M&A areas.• Led the firm's main M&A projects with the assistance of the international/corporate team of lawyers and interns. • Supervised and reviewed work in the contractual, corporate, and M&A areas carried out by the team of lawyers and interns in the corporate international department. • Actively engaged in client management, leading negotiations and discussions autonomously. • Managed people and teams, as well as resources (hours incurred versus fee value) in projects responsible for significant revenue for the firm.• Actively participated in the management of important M&A projects, such as: a) Acquisition of the Dedini Ometto family-owned plant in the interior of São Paulo state, providing legal assistance to Abengoa (Spanish group) as the buyer.b) Acquisition of Adecol Indústria Química Ltda., providing legal assistance to the shareholders of Adecol in negotiations for the sale to H.B. Fuller (American group). c) Acquisition of Bela Ischia, providing legal assistance to the shareholders of Bela Ischia in negotiations for the sale to Britvic (British group). d) Acquisition of Unilever's tomato paste and sauce business, providing legal assistance to Cargill in the acquisition.

• Worked in the field of international contracts, analyzing, negotiating and drafting contracts, mainly in the technology area (e.g., Software Licensing Agreements).• Conducted research in different areas of the Law for the firm's partners, mainly in the field of intellectual property.
