·   Deliver the revenue goals through exploring the new business opportunities through identifying and creating new relationship with advertisers.·   Understand Amazon’s search and display advertising tools to help build relevant and effective advertising solutions for advertisers. ·   Understand and learn about the e-commerce landscape and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offering. ·   Deliver the highest level of educational and consultant services to China-based brands and advertisers.·   Help advertisers see how to best utilize Amazon’s ad tool in order to build their business better.·   Dive deep on campaign performance reports and work with advertising teams around the global to enable optimal performance to advertisers in each locale.

·   Responsible for the in-depth operation of leading F&B brands in Meituan takeaway: successively docked brands in multiple F&B categories . Through making brand-specific activity plans, optimizing various operational indicators to achieve GMV growth targets; now responsible for brand which annual transaction volume is more than 1.5 billion, the overall volume of the brand accounts for more than 9% of the department.·   Develop advertising solutions according to brand characteristics and needs: through regular analysis and review of advertising data, to enhance the brand's recognition of platform advertising and increase the platform's advertising revenue; brand advertising placement rate from less than 0.1% to 0.7%; and for the needs of different operational scenarios, to build a brand advertising model and data review template.·   Optimize the platform profit and loss situation: optimize the platform subsidy strategy, reduce platform's ineffective subsidy expenditure. Responsible for the head brands of department, and signed the ideal contract plans within the expected time, effectively improving the profit and loss situation of the platform.·   Gain competitive advantage for platform: improve operational efficiency and gain competitive advantage by formulating hierarchical operational strategies and refining operational granularity; actively focus on competitor strategies, and actively review data to find means of response to improve market share. Responsible for brands with an average market share of 65%.·   Cross-departmental collaboration: collect and organize the brand's needs , collaborate with relevant internal departments to enhance both merchants and customers’ experience, reduce information asymmetry between departments and improve the efficiency of collaboration; in daily work, need to collaborate with multiple internal and external departments to solve more than 4,000 stores’ problems and the brand headquarters’ daily business needs , and sort out the relevant docking processes and output SOPs.

·   Cooperated with more than 7 banks including CCB, CMB, SPDB etc. Needed to apply bank loans for more than 50 customers to gain more than 35 million bank repayments monthly.·   Worked with 30 real estate consultants and 2 sales managers. Released the bank's policy timely and solved problematic clients such as poor credit reporting and insufficient certification. ·   Established long-term effective cooperation with the bank by offering qualified loan applicants and dealing with problematic clients efficiently. ·   Learnt relevant policies of the central bank and made corresponding strategies.
