During these two years, I was part of the team in charge of re-establishing the Public Accountant academic syllabus and reorganizing and boosting this faculty in the Externado University.

In Sanofi, I was in charge of leading the Compliance area for Ecuador, Peru and Chile.

In this role, I was responsible for the implementation of the Compliance area in Colombia and for merging Sanofi and Genfar under compliance standards.

My responsibility was directing and implementing the model of Global Compliance, Control and Risk (GRCC) in Colombia. I coordinated the activities of monitoring, remediation plans and reports under the guidelines of Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).

Here I was responsible for facilitating compliance through self-control culture, performing the risk assessment of the main processes in the four lines of business in the Company, as well as recommending and implementing controls that minimize risk impact and identify continuous improvement opportunities. • As a leader of the improvement of ¨Procure to Pay Cycle¨ in 2009, I ensured the traceability of P2P cycle through a new process supported by a purchase order system designed in-house. • In 2009, I was the head of one of the Strategic Corporation Initiatives: Continuous Improvement Culture. Training colleagues in Yellow Belt program and coaching more than 15 projects under Lean Six Sigma methodology, with significant results in business.• In 2010, I was the Business Continuity Manager, in charge of performing the business continuity risk assessment and coordinating all areas involved in the plans that ensure continuity in case of crisis.

I was part of the external audit program team and the due diligence team. Impacting different companies such as Shell Colombia S.A., Asociación Cravo Norte, Esso Colombiana Limited, Exxon de Colombia S.A., Automarket Limited, Empresa de Energía de Bogotá, among others. I was in charge of performing financial analysis under US GAAP and Colombia GAAP. Furthermore, I had the responsibility of preparing letters of recommendations and final reports issued to clients.
