I believe that a generous dose of fun and an excellent communication are the foundations for any people-oriented project. These are the tools I use to develop projects aiming for development, engagement and learning.I like to analyze complex scenarios and understand the real pains - the problems that really need to be solved. I believe this critical view is essential to create more strategic projects and develop leaders and HR professionals able to discuss equally with any other business area.With the mindset of finding the right solution to the root cause of problems, I built my career carrying out projects that range from selection processes to the creation of methodologies, through culture diagnoses, training, business games, classes and event facilitation, always seeking to make the HR department more strategic and bring solutions that have a real impact on business.During the last 12 years I have developed projects for start-ups and companies from different segments such as Microsoft, Santander, Globo, Mondelez, Cargill, Avon, Klabin, Wallmart, in addition to having worked in two multinationals (Danone and Unilever), two start-ups (Aennova and 99jobs), have been a strategic partner of innovation for Cia. de Talentos and having held a series of classes, events and lectures, including the first TEDx in São Paulo.I'm a board game collector, I had sung in choirs for 10 years, I sang in pop/rock bands and a classical music group, I risk some sentences in lettering, I love traveling by car and I make a chocolate cookie loved by many people :)
