Liliane has passionately lead the entry and expansion of U.S. based professional service firms and know-how into new markets both nationally and internationally. As a business development expert, she has successfully build pipelines and networks for several leading service professionals to expand their business and portfolio through sustainable business strategies that lead to increased sales and profits. Liliane has extensive experience in new market entry strategies, network development, new service development, cultural adaptation, team building, contract negotiation, and client management.After several years, successfully leading the national and international growth of e group landscape architecture and planning, Liliane moved to Mexico in 2006 to start her own firm, Find Development Resources, providing brokerage and consulting services to hospitality, logistics, and retail developers seeking to enter the Mexican market. In 2012, Liliane joined Benjamin West as a Director and General Manager of BW Brazil, with a focus on leading business development and the company’s expansion throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. As the Managing Director for CALA, from 2012- 2017 she managed all aspects of the business in that region. In 2017, Liliane was promoted to Vice President of Business Development with focus in the Americas and Caribbean. In 2019 she joined VITA as Head of Business Development to expand their presence in within the Ultra Luxury Resort segment throughout the world. She is responsible for all new client relationships, entering new regions and developing strategic relationships in behalf of the firm. Liliane is an active participant and speaker in various industry events. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge with young business professionals and is a private mentor to professional women. Liliane was born in Brazil and has a Bachelor's and an honorary Masters Degree in Environmental Chemistry from Utah State University, and both an MBA and MIM from Thunderbird, The Graduate School of International Management. She has lived, worked, and studied in Brazil, Iceland, France, Mexico, and the U.S., and is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
