With an incredible team formed by 4 direct and 26 indirect, I lead the HR Brazil area and all its subsystems, including a payroll in the order of R$130MM.When I joined Verisure, they just had bought a local company in the same industry, but bigger than they were. The first challenge was to level the organizational culture between the employees of the two companies, introjecting DNA Verisure completely in 100% of the team.Positioning HR as a Trust Advisor and business partner, and through several low-cost and high-impact actions, in the first few months, such goal was succesfully achieved, as evidenced by Group's engagement survey, formed by 17 countries, in which we are at the top of the ranking for 4 consecutive years.The engagement´s strengthening provided several benefits to the business, such as employee turn over reduction, client's NPS improvement and average sales ticket´s increase, contributing to the strong 50% growth we had over this period, going from 500 employees to 2000 and , expanding the operation from Rio-São Paulo axis to 8 states in Brazil.Another important legacy was the implementation and renewal of the GPTW certificate for 3 consecutive years, reinforcing the employer branding.Amongst other achievements, I highlight:The construction of the candidate and employee journey, which brought improvements in T&D, Compensation and Benefits, Performance and Career Management, Engagement and internal customer service processes.Digital transformation in the HR area as a driver of the company's digital culture, with Workday system implementation as well as Corporate Intranet, automating processes and generating intelligence for management.The construction of a D&I culture, stimulating employees' creativity and their feeling of pride and belonging.The creation of a high performance culture with the implementation of extensive learning paths at all levels, enabling talent management and a succession map.
