I am a director in PwC's the National Tax Services Tax Knowledge Management, focusing on global structuring and transfer pricing. In this role, I am primarily responsible for capturing, developing, and communicating essential information to the Transfer Pricing Network and to the overall Tax practice. Knowledge management is a strategic priority for the Firm and its clients, especially in light of US and global tax reform, as well as uncertainties caused by the global pandemic. Prior to transitioning in-house, I was a director with the National Transfer Pricing Practice at PwC for 8 years, with experience counseling transfer pricing clients in a broad range of industries. Prior to that, I practiced tax controversy and transfer pricing with the law firm of Mayer Brown LLP.Prior to my employment with Mayer Brown LLP, I was a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph Goeke of the United States Tax Court. I am a graduate tax scholar with an LL.M. with distinction in Taxation from Georgetown University. Prior to that, I attended the University of Virginia, then obtained my law degree from William & Mary School of Law, where I graduated in the top ten as a member of the Order of the Coif.
