I love my job. I have designed, coordinated and planned several projects from start to finish related to the digital sector. My daily activities are to analyze metrics, talk with the team and stakeholders, in order to define what has to be done and what is expected to be resolved. I like to encourage the team and ask me, what is the value that we will give to the user. I put myself in their shoes and review their experience with the product. I enjoy doing it.I am a fan of reading user complaints, for me it is a critical action if we want to create digital products adapted to the client and make them feel an excellent experience.I also like "the make it happen". Beginning from a strategy or an idea, I’m capable define the required tasks, the team skills, and I know how to motivate the team and engage it into the project. It’s also easy to me, define deliveries and budget to transform this idea in a final product. This is called a "project management" and I love it.
