PIKKA Development Project – STP Facility (SANTOS)Production Monitoring Control• Review drawing, material take off (MTO), requisitions and highlight any shortages to Procurement/Project team• Ensure materials, fabrications and installations are in accordance with the spesicifications and drawings in to database.• Check the materials on order comply with drawings, specifications and schedule requirements.• Coordinate materials movements within the yard includes drop off management.• Make wok order (material list request) based on drawing and availability of material to fabrications and installations.Workpack Material Control• Manage procurement and allocation of materials for engineering and construction projects.• Prepare and maintain lists of materials required in workpacks to ensure operational continuity. • Collaborate with project teams to ensure material availability according to work schedules.• Monitor and analyze material usage to optimize costs and efficiency.• Prepare reports on inventory and material usage for project evaluation.
