Since finishing my PhD at Harvard (in political decision-making), I've had a wild career over 20+ years as a founder, strategy, product, and transformation C-suite executive, social scientist, developer, BCG strategy leader, and business and executive coach. Since being fired from my first job, I have learned big lessons, and have scaled high growth businesses (Top 20 fastest growing tech companies), built courageous, high performance cultures, won awards, and grown diverse private, public, and social sector organisations in multiple global markets (while making my share of mistakes along the way).I am also a mother, a bunny grandma, and a lover of people. In my 30s, I suffered a brain injury on a flight ✈️, and lost my brain (I couldn’t read, listen, or walk on the street), and through that transformative experience, I found my heart. I discovered deep love and support for human struggle - and the universal experience of vulnerability and resilience. My journey to rehab my brain and become a more soulful version of myself has been nothing short of a miraculous gift. And it has taught me so much about the brain, the most amazing organ we have.
