• Exceptional and Wide knowledge of wines and all menu items in restaurant • Ability to select and order wine to replenish stock• Train new and current employees• Up-sell additional products when appropriate

• Organize and supervise shifts• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors• Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
