- Preparation of financial budgets, reports by analyzing costs, pricing, sales results- Preparation and organization of documentation: contracts, delivery acts, etc.- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting- Collaborate with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of foundation finances - Maintain appropriate control of expenses, operating costs, and inventory- Execution of the day-to-day financial operations within the foundation

- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency- Coordinate the process of testing, inspecting, and certifying products with laboratory team

- Maintenance CRM of the foundation- Reporting to management when goods need to be ordered, quality issues, feedback from customers etc.- Follow up of producer partners in the regions on orders

- Improving business functionality to align with core business objectives- Planning and managing projects and contributing to product innovation- Monitoring adherence to policies and processes throughout the company- Overseeing human resources development policies, training, and performance reviews- Ensuring positive client, supplier, and vendor relationships
