I supported outpatient and in patient healthcare teams with coordination and administration tasks. I handled sensitive data and maintained accurate records within the children's hospital. I booked patient appointments and follow ups via telephone and in person.

I worked as a part of the POLISI team, providing evidence-informed insight to advocate for policy change to encourage health promotion and improvement.
