A young professional motivated to work towards a world in which the diversity of opinions and constructive dialogue are respected. Working both in academia and on a grassroots level with young peacebuilders, I hope to see a world in which communities and policymakers are better connected by common values, and not divided by national borders. My research is tangled around various facets of negotiations: from legal aspects to humanitarian impact. A holistic approach towards research questions in order to produce practically oriented results is crucial for me. Aiming for empirically based, statistically proven data, I conducted different parts of my doctoral and post-doctoral research in leading institutions around the world in the USA, Russia, Switzerland, Sweden, France and Germany.
