Current• Mapping clients requirements, identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels• Served as primary contact for all client deliverables for the assigned projects• Ensure provision of excellent client services at all time through value addition• Coordinating with Team Lead to get the projects completed successfully with desired standard and quality • Project Planning Chart(PPC) preparation to ensure a mutual understanding between the client and the company in terms of delivery timelines and stages• Preparing wireframes and presenting it to the client in order to make them understand the work flow • Reviewing and Explaining the features of the project and getting timely approvals as per fixed milestones from the client for the smooth completion of the project• Keeping a track of the project in terms of the scope and identifying additional scope• Cross selling of other available services inturn enhancing the value provided to the client• Follow ups for commercials as well as reminders for payment for the milestones completed• Preparing and presenting various weekly/monthly MIS reports pertaining to process and productivity• Leading the Web Agency vertical of the organisation which comprises SEO, SMO, Branding & Website Development teams
