I first met with recruitment and selection at a non-governmental organization at the university. Following approximately 200 interviews and 20 assessment centers I realized this could be my passion at work. I had a short bypass as a junior accountant before in 2012 I became Recruitment Consultant. I spent almost 4 years on agency side, working with and for our SSC partners, logistics, manufacturing and production companies. Then I decided to go corporate. I spent 2 years working for Tetra Pak and McKinsey&Company. After 6 years of recruiting I took the next step in my career and become Team Leader of Engineering/Production/Logistics Team at Grafton Recruitment. This is where I am now.
