As founder and director of Gefühlsmonster GmbH, with my team we have been supporting professionals of all disciplines to develop more ease in dealing with feelings for now 19years. Since 2020, we help leaders and teams online to remain mentally healthy and resilient in these times. The year 2020 challenged me so much in my family and professional life that I had to completely revise and refine my knowledge again. I wrote a book on the application of the Gefühlsmonsters ("Leading with empathy") and summarized the essence of the helpful methods for dealing with emotions in my second book "Sometimes Feelings are Monsters". In 2023, I wrote an emotional story for managers as a fairy tale, "King Archibald and the Gefühlsmonsters" to reach people who don't read specialist books.The specific challenges of my childhood in the 1950s led me to set out on a path to understand feelings in depth after working as a teacher of mathematics and physical education. In many advanced trainings and in my work as a trainer for mediation, mediator and coach, I collected numerous helpful and efficient methods, which first helped me and then my clients.
