Responsible for formulating group risk management strategy and planning, and proposing risk management policies and procedures; Monitor the implementation of risk management policies and procedures, establish risk management evaluation standards and organizations; Organize the implementation of risk management and internal control system construction related measures, organize the assessment of risk directors and the construction of risk management team; Assess the external environment of the group and the macro risks of the enterprise; Make recommendations on the company's environment, strategy, and operational risks, and report regularly to the Board of Directors
