I customize large-scale food processing machinery to customer spec.

Consistent operation of and training others on machines such as CNC/hand plasma cutters, press brake, saws, shear, Ironworker, grinders, and welders. Demonstration of proper technique on Oxyfuel cutting/welding, GMAW, FCAW, stick (6019 and 7018) to classes and individuals, grading of the students welds and cuts. General shop maintenance.

I spent a year and a half talking to strangers about Christ and His restored gospel. I worked closely with a companion, contacted strangers daily, planned on daily, weekly, and monthly basis, set goals, reported to my leaders on what was happening in the areas I was assigned to and learned Portuguese, which I am fluent in, in order to talk to the people of Brazil. My parents and I paid for all of this.

Included training in the proper assembly of sandwiches, memorization of their contents, prices, and specials; training in use of the oven, toaster, and commercial dishwasher; training in the baking of bread, correct procedures for defrosting food, and running the cash register.

Seasonal work 2011 and 2012Included running and maintaining various types and sizes of machinery (ATVs, a tractor, an 18 ton pneumatic wood splitter, grinders, radial saws, chainsaws) transporting and managing the field crew, maintaining spray equipment, spotting and eradicating Skeleton Weed, changing water pipes, maintaining and repositioning the electric fence, stump removal, and general day to day problem solving on the farm.
