Vision Statement: Our vision is to help break the cycle of unemployed and underemployed Women and bridge the gap between application, interview and job offer. Lillian’s House will meet the need of women in the Chicagoland area by transforming the mindset of young women in the community, ensuing confidence in their abilities which will lead to successful interviews and employment opportunities.
