- Develop the overall strategic marketing plan and budget plan.- Work in partnership with sales management, account executives and partners to plan, develop and execute go-to-market programs, focus on 3 key industries – Finance, Telecom and Government.- Create and execute solutions-based marketing campaigns to support revenue targets of China Sales team - including nurture programs, solution partner recruitment, campaign idea generation, event planning/speaker selection and coordination, on-site event execution, event follow-up, etc. - Manage lead conversion by nurturing leads with corporate and solutions-based content, and work with sales to convert leads to active pipeline opportunities. - Manage and measure campaigns and develop reports that measure impact of campaigns on revenue goals.- Manage 3 function teams with 7 staffs – marketing communication/PR, product marketing/industry marketing and telemarketing.

- Manage Compaq solution center team with 6 staffs- Enhance Compaq’s image as a solution provider by implementing solution partner program and joint marketing promotion plan with solution partner- Recruit solution partners to form business solution partner network and develop program to leverage partner capability effectively by cooperating with sales team- Build up and manage solution demo center to show Compaq solutions & technologies- Conduct business alliance programs with Microsoft, Oracle, Novell, SCO, SAP, Informix, CA, etc.

- support all Informix partners in market- organize some events, including IT’96(Informix Technology’96)- be responsible for academic program & joint training center- recruit solution partner- plan and implement business alliance programs with major partners (such as HP, Sun, IBM, etc.)

- manage desktop division team with 5 staffs- be responsible for selling of Oracle products on Desktop around China, including coordination and assistant for Oracle Partners, etc. - providing solution proposals to potential customers for major account- cooperate with H/W vendors, including bundle program with Compaq, DEC, IBM, HP, etc.- plan and implement product promotion programsSenior Channel Marketing - support joint marketing programs- execute seminars and events, including famous COUC(China Oracle User Conference)- conduct alliance program with alliance partners- build up and manage Oracle joint universitiesTraining Officer - providing technical training to customers- post-sales technical support- conduct Oracle product installation and test
