Communication VIP Training and Coaching exists to amplify personal and professional development for companies, conferences, and individual wanting to improve their interpersonal communication skills in the areas of: Communication, Conflict Resolution, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, and Presentation Skills.

As a waitress, I was expected to greet customers at the table, understand and be able to describe all dishes and drinks on the menu, communicate orders to and from the kitchen, and bring kitchen orders and drinks to tables or place meats and monitor food cooked on BBQ grills.

My responsibilities included:Welcome guests to the restaurant.Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.Manage reservations.Escort customers to assigned tables or hibachi grills.Provide menus and announce the Waiter/Waitress's name.Greet customers upon their departure.Coordinate with wait staff and floor manager about available seating options.Manage the register and handle cash transactions.Count the register and keep it balanced throughout my shifts.Coordinate the work schedule between my fellow hosts and myself to ensure all shifts are covered.Ensure all host side jobs are being done well.Ensure customer retention by assisting in disputes and issues between staff and customers or between staff
