As a copyeditor at BruinLife and a copy chief at (Im)print Magazine, I have honed my writing and editing skills in various genres and formats, from magazine articles to yearbooks. I have a BA in Sociology and Professional Writing from UCLA, where I learned to apply critical thinking and research skills to a range of social issues and topics.I am passionate about intersectional feminism and social justice, and I have written and edited articles that challenge double standards, stigmas, and stereotypes in the media and society. I have also gained valuable leadership and teaching skills from facilitating high school students' learning and reflection as a summer intern at Crissy Field Center.
