My name is Lillian Baker and I am a Transformation Project Manager for General Motors.Through my work at General Motors, Bonkers! Magazine, and through my education through the University of Florida's Honors program, I have developed a wide breadth of skills in managing teams and transforming them for efficiency. And, due to my Bachelors degree in Mathematics, I am able to support these transformations using thorough data analysis and machine learning.Using my skills, my goal is to work to create a better future for those around me. I am a strong believer in General Motors' promise for a fully electric future by 2035, and I am thrilled to be a part of such a cutting-edge company. In my role at General Motors, I play a part in our company's transformation through finance project management. My team works to create efficiencies internally to ensure that our company's change to a fully-electric future is not a burden to consumers worldwide.Outside of my career, music is one of my huge passions in life, which led me and some friends to start a music magazine. As a co-founder of Bonkers! Magazine, I have worked both as the Head-Writer and as the Head of New Music Friday, which is a series on our Instagram account showcasing the week's local and worldwide musical releases. As Head-Writer, I managed a team of ~15 writers for Bonkers' launch and the year following, which consists of people-management, managing press requests, and content strategization.
