As a brand marketing assistant with Lactalis I was a part of the cheddar team working, specifically, on the Seriously Spreadable portfolio. As part of this role I worked with colleagues from supply chain, sales and quality to facilitate product innovation and packaging redesign. I was challenged to play a key role in the coordination of the launch of a mixed case into a major UK retailer. This task was further complicated by having to navigate an extremely tight timeline whilst maintaining a high quality standard at every stage. My experience at Lactalis has taught me a great deal about motivation, coordination and technical detail whilst simultaneously providing me with an encouraging and caring start to my working life.
