In this position I managed a team of 11 colleagues to create a quick and easy return process, ensured the return center was properly staffed to handle 57% of store returns, curbside and back of house functions. I was also responsible for creating awareness throughout the store regarding Macy’s DEI actions, by creating activities to educate and highlight monthly diverse celebrations.

I have conducted the new hire orientation process by organizing the orientation, preparing orientation paperwork, and creating the employee file. Lastly, I provided clerical support to various management and operational functions, including photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, and answering phone calls.
