Lillian Kloock with more than 35 years’ experience in healthcare management, revenue cycle operations, recruitment, and staffing. Over the span of her career she developed and maintained an extensive list of professional healthcare industry contacts. She joined FFAM 360 in Sept 2016 as the Executive Business Development and Client Relations. With her entrepreneurial spirit she brings to the organization and it's clients creativity in solving every day challenges face by healthcare providers. She is an active member with HFMA as a volunteer for the Georgia chapter. Since 1984 she served on a variety of teams: Public Relations, Membership/Recruitment, CPAR, PFS Forums, or wherever a helping hand is needed. A recipient of numerous honors from HFMA including the William B. Follmer Bronze Award, Robert Reeves Silver Award, Frederick Muncie Gold Award, the Sister Rose Outstanding Leadership Award, Medal of Honor and Georgia Distinguished Mentoring Award.
