As a performer, playwright, and producer, I wade into the mess of human behavior. Offstage, I wrangle other creatives, craft new narratives, and solve business problems. As a strategist, I live in the world of mixed-methods research, insights synthesis, and product roadmaps. I ask questions: What do customers crave? How do teams and technology collaborate? Why does a business implode—or win it all? The net result: I partner with designers and other creatives to develop products, websites, and brands that propel us forward.I've built my brand and cultural strategy experience with creative agencies, tech startups, and leading orgs like NPR, New York Public Library, Ueno, Google, and Zelle.
