Provided long-term outpatient therapy to transitional age youth (TAY) and adults diagnosed with severe mental illness (SMI). Administered psychological assessments including integrated reports, patient summary reports, and patient feedback sessions.

I supported project management and pilot initiatives that advanced the Rapid Application Development (RAD) Team's objective of delivering optimal personalized care consistently to all dialysis patients. I developed and deployed innovative solutions that transformed the care experiences of 20K+ chronically ill dialysis patients in the United States. • Built four clinical and financial Anaplan models to improve data transparency and productivity of field teammates, and streamline planning and decision-making processes for internal leadership• Managed relationship with a global healthcare supply company on a mutual cost savings contract• Managed pilot initiative to provide mobile phlebotomy services to PD patients to help increase time on therapy• Participated in one-year leadership development program for select university recruits

I lived and worked as a peer health and wellness educator in a 90-person freshman dormitory. I provided guidance in physical, emotional, and mental health crisis situations, and helped build a strong and healthy residential community through programming and around-the-clock availability for confidential counseling.

I developed a recommendation for a population health solutions start-up's 2017 and 2018+ provider and physician network tiering models over the course of the 10-week internship. I defined the output needed to incorporate tiering into the launch of new referrals management system, and interviewed key stakeholders and conducted literature review to understand available tiering models for appropriate utilization, high quality, and reduced spend.

I constructed an electronic medical record system for the clinic's medical, dental, laboratory, pharmacy, nutrition recuperation, and education outreach programs in REDCap, a database management software supported by Vanderbilt University. The EMR system is the first in the clinic's 15-year operating history, and will improve the capturing and recording of patient information for 7000+ patients in the rural Palajunoj Valley, ultimately allowing the clinic to better understand the patterns, causes, and effects of disease at the community level and enable more effective prevention tactics.

I developed patient experience risk assessment methodologies to allow the Stanford Hospital Emergency Department to receive a patient risk score and address service issues. I recommended patient risk prevention strategies to proactively lower likelihood of patient complaints.

I managed a team of 12 health educators and 100 screen team volunteers for weekly shifts. I counseled on-site patients on healthy lifestyle practices, including diet and exercise action plans, and organized off-campus outreach events to advertise free clinic services.

I wrote new content and edited student research articles for biannual publication.
