Facilitated the Private Bank's Marketing and Sales Campaign Management list generation needs in promoting their banking services to their existing Wealth Management account client base including employees. * In collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales and IT teams these campaigns resulted in increased bank product usage, preservation of client assets and increased client asset base depending on the product selected. Latest campaigns were done as a joint effort with the modeling team so as to optimize campaign files by 10% in order to maximize response rate. This also led to file efficiencies by targeting clients more likely to buy into securities based lending, cash management products and home loans. * Managed the Employee Offer campaign which resulted in developing SAS processes pulling in information from Human Resources and existing tables to create a monthly dataset identifying US based employees from which lists were generated based on employee title for different marketing promotions. This campaign led to employee product utilization Management Information System (MIS) for management tracking. This also led to providing monthly metrics to Finance to assist in employee mortgage pricing. * At the start of my career with MS I had the opportunity to collaborate with the Private Bank and their IT team in producing a repository of cash product transaction data. After three months in fully reconciling each product with the Private Bank, I facilitated the creation of a Database table containing monthly cash product transaction activity. From this table I developed a SAS process to provide the Private Bank and team members with cash product detail by account for their reporting and/or analysis. Once implemented the monthly process saved $176K yearly in man-hours.* Produced standardized files for Legal & Compliance resulting in a 50% time savings from lending product campaigns in order to fulfill their fair lending requirement.

Served as a team member within the Credit Risk department by providing credit risk analysts with key historical loan performance data for all segments of the student loan credit life cycle. * Developed macro based utilities to aid in the automation of key repeatable analytical processes which resulted in process efficiencies and man hour time savings by 30%. This includes the development of SAS macro processes that create a master application data structure to serve the needs of all front-end related MIS and ad-hoc analyses. Streamlined existing Front end score card SAS process via SAS macros which was refreshed quarterly.* Developed and disseminated monthly serviced credit performance MIS to team members in Credit Risk as well as to schools and guarantors requesting information for the prevention of school loan delinquency.* On a monthly basis for audit purposes I reconciled our department's credit risk data to the general ledger.

Implemented enhancements to existing models in order to provide external clients with an improved optimal solution for their online marketing campaigns. This entailed analyzing the current model methodology as part of a PC server SAS macro based system in order to implement and test code changes based on Client Services' requirements.* Developed and tested new SAS macro program which ran bi-weekly to generate the expected performance results of a model in terms of expected registrations and/or expected revenue for a client. This resulted in $77K man-hour savings.* Extracted and provided attribute information from past model files showing rank of importance for modeler to determine possible improvements.
