About Lillian Seidel

Career empowerer. Yoga teacher. Coach. Advocate that the question, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" never expires. I have a broad range of experience in government, social services, nonprofit, and wellness initiatives. My experiences include improving systems to connect Texas families with behavioral health services, and leading university-wide initiatives on access for students with disabilities and mental health awareness. As a student attorney, I helped kids with disabilities get access to healthcare and represented children in foster care. Through my own journey, I've found that what I enjoy most is supporting others on their career and life paths. I do this through empowering college students on their career journeys, supporting individuals through transitions as a coach, and helping others connect with themselves through yoga.
