CurrentConcept understanding • Translate the concept to local standard working processes for managers and consultants • Train the managers & consultants on the knowledge of the concept • Support new managers with the understanding and implementation of the concept and business processes, identifying training needs • Ensure new branches have fundamental knowledge of the way we work and why, identify any areas for improvement and introduce appropriate mechanisms via L&D, to support a… Show more Concept understanding • Translate the concept to local standard working processes for managers and consultants • Train the managers & consultants on the knowledge of the concept • Support new managers with the understanding and implementation of the concept and business processes, identifying training needs • Ensure new branches have fundamental knowledge of the way we work and why, identify any areas for improvement and introduce appropriate mechanisms via L&D, to support a smooth transition Concept implementation • Support the branches to align with the concept • Support L&D with the effective implementation and delivery of training to support the introduction of the concept in the new and existing branch network • Coach and engage operational staff/managers on how to apply the Randstad concept • Undertake any other task, deemed appropriate to this role, as directed by Line Manager Concept audit & consult • Audit the organization on the concept implementation • Audit the organization on the quality of working processes • Advice the Operations Director and the local management team on concept issues • Propose improvement of the existing processes • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to relevant field management and head office department heads • Identify opportunities for improvement by branch, area and on national level • Progress chase outstanding actions, identifying any areas that require further support Concept development • Translate international best practices to a national level • Develop the concept based on the client’s service needs and our efficiency needs • Submit pro actively best practices to the Strand Sharing Best Practices and/or Prof BCD Holding • Look at best practice in the organisation and develop into the concept /training • Support the Training and Business Concept Development Team in liaising with Functional and Operational Managers on developments that impact the Randstad concept Show less
