I have worked in management for over 15 years across both the public and private sectors including the retail industry, local government and banking industry. I am an associate member of the CIPD having completed my Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management, and I am ITIL accredited.I currently work within the Technology Support Team for Retail Banking as a Service and Production Manager. This involves managing a team which supports the sustainability of our platforms through strong stakeholder management, incident and problem management, risk, resilience, security, evergreening of our estate, automation of our processes, change, and much more. I have a strong HR background previously leading a team of HR specialists who provide guidance and support to employees and line managers within NatWest and RBS. Through operations management I have touched on every aspect of HR including, Payroll, Recruitment, L&D, PES, Maternity, Complaints, Benefits, Pensions and Policy and Advice, delivering a high level of customer service and creating an open and dynamic working environment. In addition to this I was also responsible for maintaining KPI's and analysing MI to manage performance and stay in tune with customer demand and priority. I have been involved heavily with change, supporting with the reintegration of the William's and Glyn proposition, developing and leading the front line team to support our William's and Glyn colleagues during the transition.I am a people person who utilises my interpersonal skills to maximise the potential of myself and those around me. My strengths lie in Employee Engagement particularly motivating staff and fostering a culture of continuous improvement where staff have a real sense of how they contribute to the overall organisational goals.
