I managed global customer relationships, ensuring their needs were met and exceeded, even in the face of challenges. From placing orders to coordinating deliveries, I focused on minimizing delays and ensuring timely shipments. Additionally, I handled invoice and pricing inquiries, quickly addressing any issues that arose. By seeking feedback from both customers and colleagues, I contributed to streamlining processes and enhancing Jost Umeå's overall supply chain efficiency.

During the year 2023, I had the role as President of the Umeå School of Business, Economics and Statistics student association (HHUS). I am a dedicated leader with a passion for supporting and representing the interests of HHUS members. I possessed the overall responsibility for the student association and its board, and played an active role in establishing strong relationships with the university, businesses, and other organizations.As a non-political, non-union, and non-religious organization, HHUS is focused on promoting good contact and engagement among its members. In my role as President, I was responsible for representing HHUS in various external contexts, such as the USBE board, the U9 network, and the Umeå Student Union. Additionally, I served as the primary point of contact for the media and worked to ensure that the board was aligned and worked towards a common vision and end goal.

My work in the association consisted of collaborating closely with the Head of Social to drive the operational work of the committee. This involved overseeing the planning and execution of various social events, attending operational meetings, and leading the committee to ensure successful events for all HHUS members. The Social Committee plays an important role within HHUS by fostering community through social gatherings and events.
