In my role as a Deductions Judge with Varsity Spirit, I embark on a journey to various events throughout the All-Star cheerleading season. My primary responsibility is to assess and document any errors in routines, while also ensuring that deductions are applied consistently across all performances. Additionally, I serve as a Quality Administrator, responsible for supervising judges' feedback and meticulously reviewing spelling and point corrections, as well as evaluations, to ensure clarity and precision.

During my summer role at Rightway, I handled administrative tasks, managed scheduling and reception duties, facilitated biofeedback scans, and provided general office support. My administrative responsibilities included processing payments, preparing intake forms, sending reminders, and maintaining office logistics. I managed scheduling and reception duties, including answering calls, booking appointments, confirming schedules, and assisting clients with their accounts. As a comprehensive biofeedback specialist, I conducted biofeedback scans using Zyto technology, along with Heart Rate Variability and Body Index Analysis, while ensuring accurate documentation in client portals. Additionally, I supported office operations by assisting with client onboarding as well as promoting service packages, maintaining an organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience.

I actively boosted apparel sales both through in-person interactions and on social media platforms. I was responsible for handling phone inquiries and engaging in discussions with adults concerning their bills, providing detailed transaction breakdowns, and reaffirming the value of our clients. Additionally, I organized events tailored for children. My role also involved coaching children to enhance their physical performance skills and offering guidance on effective time management, performance confidence, and personal development. I maintained open lines of communication with parents to address any inquiries or concerns they may have had about their children. Furthermore, I took the lead in hosting skill improvement camps and participating in member recruitment efforts.

During my tenure at this job, I fulfilled a diverse range of responsibilities. These encompassed the preparation of juices, smoothie bowl bases, power bites, and coffee, as well as taking customer orders and handling cashier duties. Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in creating smoothie bowls, smoothies, power bites, and efficiently managing kitchen food orders. As part of my role, I also assumed the responsibility of opening the store, which involved tasks such as arranging outdoor furniture, taking out the trash, setting up the kitchen for the day's operations, preparing the cashier station, and counting money from the safe.This experience taught me invaluable lessons in multitasking, and customer satisfaction, and honed my strong work ethic.
