In my role as a Deductions Judge with Varsity Spirit, I embark on a journey to various events throughout the All-Star cheerleading season. My primary responsibility is to assess and document any errors in routines, while also ensuring that deductions are applied consistently across all performances. Additionally, I serve as a Quality Administrator, responsible for supervising judges' feedback and meticulously reviewing spelling and point corrections, as well as evaluations, to ensure clarity and precision.

As a comprehensive biofeedback specialist, I conducted biofeedback scans using Zyto technology, along with Heart Rate Variability and Body Index Analysis, while ensuring accurate documentation in client portals. Additionally, I supported office operations by assisting with client onboarding as well as promoting service packages, maintaining an organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
