My current role is as Deputy Project Manager and Senior Consultant for the USPS Integrated Logistics Ecosystem project. This project aims to modernize, optimize, and streamline the transportation and payment systems at the heart of the American postal service. My work includes risk, scope, schedule, and quality management for the contract as well as client data delivery, financial reporting, and cloud quality auditing. I balance this work with supporting client delivery of transportation analysis, changes, and contract management. My project team relies on me to work cross-functionally, drive contract wide improvements through retrospectives and improvement management, and proactively create documentation for knowledge sharing. Throughout my college years, I completed three internships ranging from program management to supply chain and operations. Over the summer of 2020, I completed a Program Management internship at Lockheed Martin working in the Aeronautics Integrated Fighter Group to drive efficient business, strategy, and program integration of military fighter aircraft. My two prior internship experiences in manufacturing operations and supply chain realms challenged me to work independently, navigate grey areas, drive projects to completion, and showcase both technical and soft skills.
