The St. Andrew's Leadership Institute is a 9-month intensive leadership and mentoring experience for recent college and seminary graduates designed to equip, strengthen and inspire young leaders in preparation for Kingdom partnering in the Church and the world.In addition to participating in the Institute, I work full-time as a Ministry Associate within Adult Build. Some of my responsibilities include:+ Writing daily devotionals to correspond to Advent and Lent liturgical seasons.+ Facilitating multiple, cross-generational small groups+ Participating in the planning of leadership development events

+ Taught classes of 10-12 students twice a week and offered additional tutoring as needed.+ Provided administrative support and pastoral care for students and the teaching team.

+ Fostered a safe and welcoming environment for all students in the dorm.+ Nurtured a culture of open communication between students and administration.+ Participated in monthly planning meetings with RLCs and Student Life Team.

+ Assisted two professors through research, editing, and administrative support.

+ Wrote daily devotionals to correspond to the sermon series.+ Participated in weekly planning meetings with the department directors within the church.

+ Assisted in research on rural church networking.+ Started a youth ministry in the local church and helped manage the annual English Camp.

+ Collaborated in organizing and running weekly events.+ Created and managed social media posts advertising upcoming events.
