I have approximately 15 years recruitment experience, performing a 360 degree dual role of Recruitment Consultant/ Branch Manager/ Team Leader/ Specialist Consultant/ Accounts Manager / . My last employer was Julia Ross Recruitment at Parramatta and Hunter Region. I successfully managed the NSW State Government Temporary Contract. My duties included performing a 360 degrees Recruitment Consultant/Accounts Management role which involved liaising with Employers, temporary employees, Government Agencies. Varied range of candidates. Huge part of the role was to build and establishing business relationships and maintaining them. As a recruiter huge part of my role included: writing job advertisements on seek, screening, interviewing, recruitment, selection of suitable candidates and conducting reference checks on “short listed” candidates. My position involved end-to-end recruitment process, consulting and advising clients on HR policies and procedures, improving HR systems, co-ordinating learning and development and maintaining our HR database. Part of my role was to provide on-going support to contractors working in the field, preparation of temporary contracts, induction of temporary employees, performing employee appraisals, performance management of temporary employees when required and performing HR administrative duties. Administration including payroll was a crucial part of my role. I have also been employed by Choice HR for 8 years as a senior Government Recruiter on the 1078 Contract.I have business communication skills and have the ability to liaise at all levels. I have professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills/time management and organizational skills. I have a “can do” attitude and have the ability to prioritize my workload accordingly. I am able to deal with all levels of management, liaise and interact with all cultures, establish rapport with people confidently
