From a very early age, Lilly has had a natural passion for advertising. She first started her career working at Zenith Media as as an advertising account executive for alcohol giant Fosters Group.Gravitating to the more creative side, she joined the team at Ogilvy & Mather in 2004 working both in the Melbourne and Sydney offices servicing American Express Brand and Sponsorship, Australia Post, BP and Kodak. At her time at Ogilvy, she had the pleasure to work across numerous pro-bono accounts for the agency.After having her first child in 2008, Lilly joined the team at Fabio Ongarato Design where she helped to launch Crown Metropol whilst managing lead Australian fashion brands’ Country Road and Calibre Clothing before taking time off to have her second child in 2010.Balancing life as a Mum and Account Director, Lilly became a permanent freelance fixture at Grey Group in Melbourne from August 2011 until the following year to have her third child.
