In charge of phone and email support for all customers attempting to order videos and other services online, as well as for the sign up process for the company’s new online video archive system. Maintain close relationship with customers to ensure their success in accessing this archive.

Manage a crew of groundskeepers for the setup of the Shelbyville Horse Show, performing manual labor jobs to prepare the fairgrounds for show time. Jobs include: lawn mowing, dumpster maintenance, flags, landscaping, cleaning, etc. Determine the schedules and maintain payroll for employees, as well as completing tasks alongside them. Seasonal work yearly - July-August.

Swim instructor for both private and group lessons hosted by Shelby County Parks. Work with swimmers at all ability levels and ages to reach a level of competency and ability ranging from basic water safety to competition level swimming.

Work with customers to complete personal print jobs. Work with customers to properly package and ship all items prepared to mail by UPS.
