CurrentRecruiting: - Leading E2E recruitment process - Collaborating with external clients and Hiring managers to understand the hiring requirements and goals. - Creating strong candidate pipelines and direct sourcing through different platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Facebook. - Prescreening and interviewing the candidates to ensure they match with the job requirements. - Coordinating technical and client interviews. - Coordinating the onboarding process. People management: - Designing, documenting and implementation of HR policies, including recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, people care strategies and performance management. - Conducting one-on-one meetings and coaching sessions with the team leaders to ensure the smooth operations within the project.- Serving as first point of contact for internal clients and employees. - Implementing people care strategies and employee engagement. - Conducting performance evaluation sessions with the managers
