I am working as a Waitress at The Leaking Boot, Fish and Chips. This job includes, making drinks, cleaning (toilets, mopping, sweeping,  wiping tables), pot washing, taking orders, customer service, cashier, team work, time management, answering phones, stock checking, dealing with difficult customers, food prep, mentoring new staff, and availability.The job requires me to maintain good energy throughout the day as I talk and communicate to other customers and staff members. I must be prepared to stay out of closing times to ensure everything is cleaned and prepared for the next morning.On some times, armed forces,  Bank Holidays, new years, and Christmas eve, the restaurant is regularly busy. I am used to working in these environments after over a years experience.
