As a part of my role at Camp Barney, I spent my summers role-modeling and supervising children ages four to thirteen, twenty-four hours a day. Used motivating and collaborating skills to show children how to work together. Quickly contained issues between campers using problem-solving skills. Prioritized campers needs and implemented safety. Communicated with children of all different ages and easily transferred tone based on the situation and age of the camper.
