I am seeking a transformative human resources internship in compensation and benefits, employee relations, or recruitment. Relevant Experience:• Met with operation leaders at IDEAL Electrical to conduct 18 job analyses, create skills matrices, career ladders, a job catalog, and update 18 job descriptions. I also performed HR administrative tasks, conducted phone screens, participated in interviewing candidates, and coordinated program communications for 15 interns. • Maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.9/4.0, demonstrating a strong academic foundation and commitment to excellence.• Provide mentorship for 6 students at NIU, identifying weaknesses, reflecting on my experience, and sharing recommendations to ensure student success and character development. • Served as the Vice President in 2023-2024 and currently serving as the Treasurer for NIU’s student chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
