The Paradise Bakery & Cafe in Aspen is a family owned business that is a separate entity from the Panera chain. All menu items are prepared daily with the finest ingredients available offering freshly baked cookies, muffins, brownies, croissants, quiches, gelato, and coffee. It was a great learning experience to work here during the summers of my high school career.-Served ice cream and made fresh coffee drinks for the client in a quick manner, helping the Bakery generate over $16,000 in cash revenue in just one day (beating its previous record of $13,000)-Promoted to cashier a couple weeks into my first summer because of my efficiency-Restocked all of the cups, silverware, cones, ingredients and baked goods when necessary in order to stay ahead of stockouts-Closed up the shop every night (manager left the closers in charge) to prepare for the next day

Ski Masters of Texas is a learning camp run by professional skiier Don Ennis and his wife Julie Ennis. It has a caring, wholesome family environment which helps the camp succeed at bringing out the best in the campers. Ski Masters works as a team while stressing individual goals. It offers daily lessons for waterskiing, slaloming, wakeboarding, and more. -Took care of my campers for 24/7 to ensure safety and health-Taught children how to waterski and slalom every day, which helped improve my patience-Helped the boat drivers during the day, allowing for more time on the water for the kids-Focused on the campers and made sure they were having fun to create a friendly atmosphere
